WHAT IS THE BORNLESS?The Bornless is an FPS horror extraction game set on a remote Lovecraftian island during the 1960s. The story dives into the depths of an occult mystery... Players invoke rituals, battle Cultists and monsters, and compete against each other to collect Sigils, which transform them into powerful Demons. They must survive the night or be swallowed by darkness.

WHAT PLATFORMS WILL IT BE ON?While we do plan to bring this experience to consoles in the future, our current focus is on delivering the game to Windows PCs via Steam. We have no plans for Mac support at this time.

BLOCKCHAIN COMMUNITY NOTICE
Yes, we are exploring blockchain technology for interested community members, but this is not something we are actively developing right now. This is a longer timeframe curiosity, and not something we have any interest in rushing into.
We’ve unanimously seen widespread rejection of the blockchain gaming model by most of the games industry, in large part because of predatory monetization and poor quality experiences. Gamers don’t want financial experiences, they want cool worlds to explore with their buddies.
We encourage Steam’s restriction on this technology within games, and believe they did the right thing for gamers in the short term.
We do, however, think that it’s cool tech fundamentally over a much longer timeline - but it’s not something we have any interest in putting in game right now.
So no, it’s not a blockchain game - but yes, we think there are cool ways to use it further in the future.
