Where is The Bornless in my steam game library?
The Bornless Playtest only appears during the pre-loading and live phases. Outside of these times the game will be hidden until future playtests.
Why can’t I get into the game?
The Bornless is only live during the test period of Saturday, March 1, 2025 / 2 PM - 10 PM UTC Sunday, March 2, 2025 / 2 PM - 10 PM UTC.
You won’t be able to go into your Safehouse outside of these times.
How do I get my Twitch drop prizes?
Your earned Twitch drops will be rewarded to you when we launch the game in the future. Hold tight!
PLAYTEST FAQ
CLIP BOUNTIES
Good day, Seekers!
From now through to the end of Steam Next Fest, we will be issuing a bounty for a different style of clip EVERY OTHER DAY, and there will be prizes for those that submit!
Join the Discord to keep tabs on each new bounty and to share your clips in the #next-fest-competitions channel.
You must submit your clips BEFORE the next bounty is announced.
The winner of each competition will receive a $50 gift card, with a $25 gift card for a runner up!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility

Age Requirement: Participants must be aged 18 or over.
2. How to Enter

No purchase or payment is required to participate.

To enter, players must submit gameplay clips from The Bornless via the Discord channel linked above.

All entries must comply with the submission guidelines and be received before the competition deadline.
3. Prize Details

The total value of the prize(s) will be clearly stated in promotional materials.

Prizes with a value exceeding $50 may require the recipient to report the prize to their local tax authority.

Participants are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax obligations that may arise from prize winnings.
4. Notification and Prize Claiming

Winners will be contacted via the method used for entry within 14 days of the closing date.

If a winner does not respond or claim the prize within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and either offered to a runner-up or redrawn.
5. General Conditions

The organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary.

No hidden terms or conditions shall apply that would disadvantage participants without their clear knowledge.

GAME LOOP
PHASE I: LOOT & EXPLORE
Start in a secluded cabin with your duo partner, armed with your standard loadout or the spoils from your previous missions. Venture through haunting landscapes, fight for Sigils, battle Cultists and Demons to complete quests, and gather valuable items.
PHASE II: THE RITUAL
Use Incense to activate ancient ritual sites known as Gates, summoning events yield rare Sigils necessary for the final confrontation. Each completed ritual exposes you to danger, highlighting your location to rival players.
PHASE III: HUNT OR BE HUNTED
Complete the ritual, invoke the demon, and hunt the remaining players, who must find an extraction point before the time runs out to escape the island.
